from application to recertification
Voluntary certification sustainable development management systems plastic and plastic-product production is conducted by initiative customer on terms agreement with body by certification.
Application → analysis → audit → decision
Procedures certification based on requirements GOST R ISO/IEC 17021–1 and are established in Governing document System RDS.2.01 «Procedure certification sustainable development management systems plastic and plastic-product production».
Basis for beginning work serves Application, aimed customer in body by certification. In course ten working days with moment registration applications is conducted its analysis and analysis additional information.
Certification does not end with certificate issuance
Programme audit includes two-stage certification audit, two or more surveillance control in course three years after issuance certificate and recertification audit to expiry its period actions.
Frequency surveillance controls depends from level risk customer. First control on place is conducted not later 12 months, second — not later 24 months with days adoption decisions about issuance certificate.
Preparing for a new cycle
Recertification audit is conducted by application certified customer. Application must be aimed in body by certification not later than for six months before the certificate expires.
